The house is yours too

Every stay includes the whole house — cook a meal, put on a record, play the piano. That's what “nhà của you” means.

A Piaggio and an Airblade live downstairs

Rent one from us and see the city the way Saigon does — helmets included, and we'll show you the ropes.

Two minutes from the gate

Two houses, two minutes apart, on the same quiet Phú Nhuận street. 15 minutes from the airport, 15 from District 1 (the city centre). A quiet, secure villa quarter — the kind of pocket Saigon families choose to live in, not a tourist strip. Solo travellers tell us they feel it the moment they turn into the lane. For ten nights this month the lane goes up in lanterns — we call it Moon Over the Lane.

What guests say

★★★★★

"We stayed at Duhaus for 14 days and had the best experience in Vietnam because of it. We're slow travelers, so we're usually at home, and this place really made it special."

"The host is lovely and always helpful when we need it. There are local restaurants around well worth trying, and the location is convenient."

The people behind the gate

We’re Cris and Jenny. We spent two years running a quiet homestay up in the hills of Da Lat, learning the art of hosting before bringing that same feeling back home to Saigon. When you reach out, you’re always talking directly to us — and yes, we’ll probably send over our favorite local food spots before you even have to ask.

The longer you stay, the more it's yours.

By week two you'll have a favourite mug, a usual coffee order, and the bún thang lady will nod when you walk past. Weekly and monthly stays come with better rates — applied automatically.
